These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kleo mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using Kleo, you agree to these Terms.
Kleo connects clients with independent wellness providers (such as massage therapists, bodyworkers, and other professionals). Kleo itself does not provide wellness services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Kleo.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Clients are individuals seeking services. Providers are independent professionals offering services. Kleo is not a party to any agreement between Clients and Providers, and we do not supervise, direct, or control the services that Providers offer.
Certain payments may be processed via third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). By using Kleo you also agree to the terms of those processors. Providers are responsible for any taxes on amounts they receive.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: posting illegal content, harassing others, attempting to bypass safety features, or reverse-engineering the app.
Kleo is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kleo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after any change means you accept the new Terms.
